It’s always fun seeing giant copies of your photos as you drive down the road! These lovely ladies are running for county council in my area and I get to see my headshots of them proudly displayed. Big thanks to BigHouseSigns.com for providing me copies for my website. Corporate headshots for advertising and promotional materials.
Advertising images for Lily Trotters
Lily Trotters bad-ass and beautiful compression socks! What a fun project. I was asked to shoot a mix of images for their website and lookbook. I was able to book some of my favorite models and shoot at a great location. There is nothing better for me than being able to shoot commercial images with a fashion feel.
Fashion Photography
Fashion Photography gives me the opportunity to work with models, makeup/hair people and stylists. Sometimes we are shooting for a magazine and sometimes it’s for a model’s portfolio/zed card. No matter what the reason, I love being able to be creative!
Environmental headshots and business portraits
An alternative to a traditional head shot for professionals is the environmental portrait. If you are lucky enough to have an interesting work space you can incorporate the office into your photos. Location shoots are a little more complicated but ultimately it makes for an eye catching image to promote your business.
Business portraits for marketing and websites
Entrepreneur Lisa Roulette recently designed her new website and I was lucky enough to work with her on this project. She wanted simple, eye catching images. We created a group of business portraits for marketing and website use.
“Amy is wonderful. She is not only exceptionally talented by trade but she makes the shoot experience easy and incredibly comfortable. I am camera shy and not confident when posing or looking into the lens but with Amy’s direction and guidance we always get amazing shots that make me look like a natural. I would highly recommend working with Amy.” Lisa Roulette
Landscape fine art photographs
I have been commissioned by banks and other businesses to do landscape fine art photographs for use in their offices or stores. Clients and customers enjoy seeing images of places they pass everyday hanging on the walls.
Just a few of my favorites done in places like Ocean City Maryland and Colorado.
Photography for bridal jewelry designer
Photography for bridal jewelry can be challenging. Of course, you want the images to look romantic and dreamy but at the same time a potential customer has to be able to see the details of the piece. These are just a few images from a recent shoot. The designer sells belts, headpieces, earrings and necklaces.
Headshots for model, actor and producer
I recently did a headshot session for a former model turned movie producer. I convinced him to let me shoot it square and we agreed on black and white. We also did a secondary image to be used for his IMDB page.
Fashion Photography
Fashion photography is clearly my favorite thing to do. At Harford Style Magazine, we decided to dedicate one issue each year to Brides and all things wedding related. Bridal and wedding images are so much fun since you can create very dreamy and romantic settings and it’s hard not to love a photo that features a gorgeous gown on a beautiful model. Advertising and website headshots for business
I recently photographed a group of interior designers for their website and print advertising. They each wanted to choose their favorite fabric from their collections as their headshot background. Although it is not something I would typically do, they were thrilled with the mix of colors when the images were used together.
The image below was created for a health and wealth coach for her advertising and website use. This image was shot in my studio. We hoped to create a relaxed, casual image that she could use for a myriad of promotional materials.
