Headshots, headshots, headshots! The Fall and Winter have been filled with actor/model headshot sessions. I have all types of packages, large and small for any type of headshot you might need. Corporate headshots, actor, marketing, or social media portraits.
This lovely, talented young lady wanted to update her headshots to start auditioning for local theatre and film work. Thank you Lisa Jones-Butz for the wonderful hair/makeup!
I had a great time photographing the lovely and talented Ava Pirie this week. She needed a new set of headshots for some upcoming auditions. I love working with the amazing Gina Bateman for makeup/hair. I used natural light in the studio to get this simple, clean headshot image.
The lovely Laura Boswell returned for some new headshots. Love these natural light shots done at my studio entrance. Hair and makeup by the talented Lindsay Shields.
It’s always fun seeing giant copies of your photos as you drive down the road! These lovely ladies are running for county council in my area and I get to see my headshots of them proudly displayed. Big thanks to BigHouseSigns.com for providing me copies for my website. Corporate headshots for advertising and promotional materials.
Fashion Photography gives me the opportunity to work with models, makeup/hair people and stylists. Sometimes we are shooting for a magazine and sometimes it’s for a model’s portfolio/zed card. No matter what the reason, I love being able to be creative!
An alternative to a traditional head shot for professionals is the environmental portrait. If you are lucky enough to have an interesting work space you can incorporate the office into your photos. Location shoots are a little more complicated but ultimately it makes for an eye catching image to promote your business.
Entrepreneur Lisa Roulette recently designed her new website and I was lucky enough to work with her on this project. She wanted simple, eye catching images. We created a group of business portraits for marketing and website use.
“Amy is wonderful. She is not only exceptionally talented by trade but she makes the shoot experience easy and incredibly comfortable. I am camera shy and not confident when posing or looking into the lens but with Amy’s direction and guidance we always get amazing shots that make me look like a natural. I would highly recommend working with Amy.” Lisa Roulette
I recently did a headshot session for a former model turned movie producer. I convinced him to let me shoot it square and we agreed on black and white. We also did a secondary image to be used for his IMDB page.
